Today I saw a cheap Chinese lock marketed as a Dexter made by Schlage. Looks like it was made in the Defiant factory.
Blecchh.

yep... was in Sears, most of their stuff now seems to be Chinese...
lots of stuff is now 'downgraded' in quality...but the price has gone up in some cases...
