I'll be starting a business in the Tampa Bay area in a few months and am expecting to be hiring right away or shortly thereafter (and hopefully if things go good, before I even move to Tampa Bay).

What makes you think you'll have the customer base? It took me several years to get started.

A couple clicks on Google gave me the names of 152 locksmiths in Tampa. What makes you better?

Now, it is very possible you do have some kind of approach that will work better. I'm curious wht it is.

sounds to me like he may be wanting to hire locksmiths that will start building his customer base before he even arrives. I could be wrong. its just a guess..

I've built a website and even though it states clearly on it that I won't be there until 2006, I've receive a few phone calls here about work that needed to be done in the Tampa area. (Mind you, they even called long distance, which should have been a big clue right there.)

So, instead of turning down that work, it would be good to give it to a locksmith for a percentage, or even have somebody work for me while I'm here. Who knows, it may be busy enough for more once I get there.

hey, if you can't handle it yourself ? what makes you think that a Locksmith that could would give you a cut ? sounds like he could just go down there and get all the work he wanted and keep all the profit ?
