C    0.20~0.25 Si    <0.50 Mn    <1.00 P    <0.04 S    <0.03 Ni    0.50~1.00 Co    18.0~20.0 Cr    11.0~13.0 Mo    0.75~1.25 V    0.20~0.30 W    0.75~1.25
Since it's a steel alloy, perhaps the crowd in the metallurgy group ( http://www.polytechforum.com/metallurgy/ ) can give you additional input on the amounts of the least significant components like Nb.
