ANSYS Transition from quads to tets using pyramids

Hello Group,

I'm trying to create a structural analysis in ansys of a MEMS clamped-clamped beam which does not have ideal anchors. My anchors have bends to them so the structrue is more like a hinged beam. I'm meshing the main beam with quad elements and then for the anchor region I'm using tets. The problem I'm experiencing is that I don't know which element has the ability to automatically deal with the transition from quad to tets using pyramid elements. Does anyone know of a macro or an element in ansys which can provide for this.
