calcular potencia de motorizada

como devo calcular se uma dada motorizada tem capacidade para arrancar com duas pessoas numa estrada de declive 9% ??

A machine translator offered this translation - it's not brilliant!

"how I must calculate if one given motorized has capacity to pull out with two people in a road of declivity 9%?"

There's a number of strange answers to this

1) Given appropriate gearing, arbitrarily low horse power can haul out arbitrarily large loads up arbitrarily high slopes, very, very, slowly

- if the tow gear holds up to the force.

2) Hauling out stuck vehicles calls for plenty of thrust at low speed, which is why tractors are popular in the role: very low gearing, and heavily built. 3) From the definition of HP: = 33,000 lbs-ft per minute (or 746 newton.meters/sec) you pick the weight to raise: say 2000 lb (= 909 kg takes 8920 newtons..) then each HP gives you a resulting speed ideally e.g. 33000/2000 = 16 feet/minute = 0.2 mph.

e.g.2 746/8920 = 84 mm /sec = 0.3 kph
