He was referring to "the answer to life the universe and everything". It was a joke, and probably means "why should I look this up on Google for you?"

Google will supply a number of hits that will give you the coefficients you seek. All you have to do is spell correctly.

Here is the search phrase: friction coefficient steel wood FRP

I get about 7000 hits, and the first page-full looks promising.
