low-conductivity, high-reflectivity metals

Which metals/alloys are recommended for applications which require low electrical conductivity, but high sheen? Specifically, this application involves a decorative molded piece of metallic appearance in an electically "live" environment.

Why does it have to be a metal?

Conductive polymer resin with standard metallized shiny surface.

Fairly common and moderately cheap too.

Why does it have to be a metal?

And what is a low enough conductivity anyway?
