I think my 15p (9525) is dying. When I hit the on button, the LED does not light, yet the model 90 on the same power strip starts...
Any opinions?

So -- it is certainly off topic enough so more detail would have been helpful.
So -- does it have an fuse in or near the power connector on the back, or perhaps one hidden inside?
The same Google hit offers to sell you replacements -- but I would personally go for something like a LCD monitor these days, to keep the head pumped into the room lower. It may even cost you less than the genuine IBM part number.
