Is it possible to bend a brass tube (it is called a 1/4" NPT brass plug) without breaking it? My correct e-mail address is gn052 (not gn52) Fake adddress given to avoid spams

No.
But you didn't tell me how much you're going to bend it and if it's just a little, like a few degrees then maybe yes. But don't count on it.
A pipe plug is too short to be bent. But a piece of 1/4" brass pipe could be annealed and bent a small amount. It will deform to an oval as it is bent and start closing. But I would think that you could get up to 30 or 45 degrees or so of bend without it closing if it were supported in close fitting "U" shaped support while it was bent.
