O.K. We are talking about the same thing, but I am giving angles relative to the axis of the collet holder, and you are allowing the primary base to be defined as level and the collet holder's angle specified separately. Just different ways of looking at the same thing.

I got mine new from MSC, and there were no instructions with it. :-)
Well ... the combination of the height of the fixture and the length of protruding endmill is just a bit greater than the space between the mag chuck and the wheel on my rather too small Sanford surface grinder. So -- I have very little actual experience with it -- other than when I early on adapted my Unimat SL-1000 as a surface grinder -- with far less control of things. When I got my surface grinder home, I had looked forward to being able to do more serious sharpening, and lo and behold -- no way Jose. :-(
