There were many comments that the people were speaking Polish, not Chinese. I don't speak either language, but it does not sound like Chinese to me either.

Maybe to a junk dealer. You have no idea what it looks like on the inside, or if some castings cracked.

Looks like it has ejectors or punches, and probably guide pins with tight tolerances between the sides. I would guess it might very expensive to bring that thing back to spec.

I wouldn't want the thing in any place i worked, other than to support a working machine. The 'Honest Al' types would splash paint over the cracks and sell it, though.
