Drill Doctor 350 at Lowe's for $28

My local Lowe's is clearing out the Drill Doctor 350 for $28. This model just does regular bits, not split points or anything fancy.

Went to the local (San Bruno, Ca) Lowes and it was $69. Checked the mfg web site and they have a $15 rebate available. What Lowes did you find yours at?
