I doubt if it will be much help though, just satisfy your curiosity :) It is only three pages long and doesn't give very many generic part values.
You may want to take good hard look at the Grizzly model G7943 12 speed drill press. See:

Especially the Manual and parts pdf offered on the same page for viewing. I think this may have some parts that are pretty close to being the same as yours.
One other possibility is their G7942 5 speed model. This one is similar to the AMT 5 speed. See:
