Experiment with motor starting and circuit breakers

I have three devices on the same 60A breaker:

1) A 10 HP phase converter (not loaded)
2) A 7.5 HP phase converter (that I made to work yesterday with purchased run caps)
3) A 3 honest HP compressor.

I turned circuit breaker off, and then turned all three devices on. Flipped the breaker and it let everything start without popping.
