I just modified my Harbor Freight gas/flux welder to make the wire feed speed control more useful: It had been very fast even when turned far down. From what I found out analyzing the circuit, I think what I did would work on many HF models and quite possibly other cheap imports. So I wrote it up and put it at my website, at
