Can anyone suggest a low cost supplier of aluminum wheel heads, a round flat plate with collar, as used in making a sanding disk or potter's wheel?

Are you making a sander or a potter's wheel? Two very different animals. The sanding disk is light and thin where the potter's wheel head is thick and heavy with two precisely located hex nuts which secure the batts. Gary Brady Austin, TX
