Fun! Interestingly a number of the well known comic strip artists are using verbal puns with increasing frequency! Stephen Pastis of 'Pearls Before Swine' being the most persistent example. With Darby Conley of 'Get Fuzzy' jumping into the frey this morning. It's almost like a bunch of the guys got into a betting match over who could concock the most elaborate pun over cocktails at the last Comic Artists convention...

There was a man who entered a local paper's pun contest. He sent in ten different puns, in the hope that at least one of them would win. Unfortunately, no pun in ten did.
No wonder you lost. :)
Ooh, ooh! Bad P.E.! Bad, bad P.E. Go to your room.

I really should be punished, for every pun I shed. Do not leave a puny shred, of my punnish head.
