Here awhile back I had an opportunity to purchase a Lincoln PowerMig 255. I notice that one of the accessories available is a Timer Kit #K1701-1. Would it be possible for someone to explain to me the benefits & function of the Spot time, Run-In and Burn-Back? I can spot weld via trigger manipulation so what would I be gaining by the purchase of the Timer Kit?
