I need a 60+ gal. pressure tank, rated for 175psi +; any body have one? I'm in Arizona.

Your local propane supplier. At 80F propane tanks are 128 psi. At 130F they are 257PSI More than adequate for your use.
I need to hook up a 1-1/4" pipe outlet to it, this is not a air tank. I will have ~40 gal of oil in it to operate an in ground hydraulic lift.
