Whatever it was, they backed up traffic on the main East-West route in downtown Ocala, during evening rush hour. Not only were the wrecked vehicles blocking one lane, but a fire truck and a bunch of other vehicles were blocking another lane. Add in the rubberneckers, and traffic slowed to a couple miles an hour. Then it started raining. You don't normally see a mess that that, except when the Canadian and New Jersey snowbirds are in town. :(
