There are some pretty energetic nitrogen compounds. In addition to the obvious nitroglycerin, nitrocellulose, TNT, etc., we have "hexamine" (hexamethylenetetramine, C6H12N4) that makes up those fuel tablets for some camping stoves. But from the blurb, it sounds as though they have a nitrogen-containing detergent that might be a little more energetic than a similar no-nitrogen detergent. Probably not a big deal anyway, since detergents are usually minor constituents of gasoline.
