I don't have the tools to do that. I suppose a couple of hours with a hacksaw would do for the cuts, and another couple of hours would make the holes, but I was hoping pieces like that might be available.

And, it is going to be, I think, at least 64 pieces. So, I would expect it would be at least quadruple the above estimate. And, if there were ever a job which could be automated, this sounds like it would be the one.

Or make your own:

The abrasive cut off saw takes the bar stock off at about 10-15 seconds per cut. Stack the pieces up and drill them 6 at a time. Better yet, cut the stock to 24" plus some extra for the kerf, stack up 8, drill 8 holes, then cut to size. Same total price as McMaster, you wind up with some tools.

What is this 20' tower going to be for?

It sounds as if, with your level of gear and knowledge, I would hesitate to stand underneath.

Can you not drill the angle iron?

Have you welded much?
