Surplus turbine bases

I replaced the exhaust turbines on top of my house, they were 25 years oold and one was falling apart. Now I have the bases that came with the new turbines, not used since I used the old bases. What can these bases be used for? They are black aluminum sheet, about a 22" octagon base with a 14" pipe on top with a diagonal swivel joint to adjust for roof slope. Hate to take good metal to the dump.

Also I noted the new turbines had a single internal 3-legged spider to brace it. The old turbines (probably cheap sears stuff) had 2 internal

3-l3gged spiders plus 3 external braces. At least 2 of the turbines looked fine so I'm saving them in case the 'new' chinese ones don't last.
