Gaiter for Myford VM-B

We have a Myford VM-B vertical milling machine on which the gaiter protecting the main shaft has split - this was Myford's last spare. They
suggested that the gaiter was actually a motor cycle front fork gaiter from a British bike but could not be more specific than that. Does anyone happen to know where a replacement gaiter could be sourced or which bike/model they were from?
Thanks.

Most British bikes had a sports or trial variant, so probably look at the mainstream bike stuff on Fleabay:

Plenty there to choose from, even some pink ones....
