This is what I want to do I have a 3 phase in 3 phase out inverter I want to set the output frequency to say 150 Hz and connect a 415 volt spot welder transformer across 2 of the phases

Should make a satisfying bang.... :-))
Putting a large tranny across an inverter isn't the best plan IMO, especially a spot welding tranny.
