Ok i put the rotary table on the milling machine ready to drill a series of holes on 5\8 PCD how do i proceed please

Set the centre of the 5/8 PCD of your work exactly in the centre of the rotary table, then set this on exactly the same centreline as the quill, then move the machine table off the centreline by half the PCD, lock the machine table in place, then turn the rotary table through the required angle to drill your holes.
