I'm pondering reinforcing an older fiberglass sailboat with Kevlar but am not sufficiently knowledgeable to evaluate the potential safety enhancement, as well as the best technique to accomplish this, whether an entire hull relamination or only reinforcing the keel forefoot and bow area, for example.
