Where can I find suppliers/producers/manufacturers of fibre reinforced composite- metal laminates.
eg: GLARE, ARALL, TIGRA,
any advice is much apreciated,

You can Google yourself to find such as above.
Aircraft manufactures make their own composite parts. It is not like buying 2X4 studs to build a house as aircraft parts are unique. So these specific composites may be licensed.
