transfer moulding errors

At transfer moulding, there are some errors in the process which make forming of the plastic more difficult. One of these errors is contraction (this ensures that the dimensions of the material are smaller), how can the consequence of this problem be limited? Is there a solution or improvement for this problem? Other errors are warp and the effect of flow seam if there are two flows merging in the die. How can this be solved best?

Best regards, Joachim

Hi Joachim,

do you know something about the invariance of difficulties?

how you solve such problems in practice this is secret, it is the special know how of the companies

the principles are in the literature and one of the aims of the education of a student (european sens of the word) ist: how to find something in the literature.

go to the lib and look into the books and magazines if you know german, nearly three times a year such problems are discribed in the "Kunststoffberater" a magazin in the Hanser Verlag
