This bumbling fool has got to go:

I believe what is needed is an all new very aggressive sales campaign for Pro/E Wildfire with free ISDX II.

A very aggressive sales campaign like this would dramatically help PTC begin to make a bigger impact versus Solidworks, etc.

I'm a bit new to comp.cad.solidworks, so I'm a bit confused. What does this have to do with SW?

Also, I would like to hear from Jon Banquer about what it is that makes him such an expert. He has a lot to say, but does not seem to have any real understanding.

Xnews. My "jon" problem has totally cleared up since I installed it. It's free and you can get it at download.com

I don't believe this 'jon' is a real person. I think it is a computer generated character using cut and paste from random samples of web pages.....a novel idea but no practical use. : )

He's a troll who has been around for a long time.

TBS re-ran the Wizard of Oz last Sunday night. There is a line early on when Dorothy first encountered the scarecrow. She asks him "How can you talk if you don't have a brain?" His reply reminds me of JB a lot.

Is it possible to block responses to a plonked user?

Using the Score you can "kill from here down" on a thread, (in article menu, add to score file)

Interesting. I never explored the score tools before. I may have to spend some time with those some year. However, the immediate application is obvious. Thanks.

I think you could do something with the score file, but I'm not sure. If you figure it out, please pass the tip on.
