It is quite striking that the maker designed these monster miniatures to accommodate both fog and internal lighting. This capability makes the entire presentation highly dynamic. One figure is a winged, one-eyed spherical monster featuring bat-like appendages and sharp teeth. The maker painted this creature using shades of purple, grey, and off-white, detailing its hide and wings with sculpted texture. It is displayed upon a round base supported by a vertical flight stand.

Separately, there is a beholder miniature characterized by numerous eyestalks clustered on a spherical head, finished in dark greyish tones. This second figure is mounted on a round base using a vertical peg. Both pieces feature internal light sources; the monster’s central eye illuminates with an orange-yellow light showing a slit pupil, while the beholder’s core eye cavity shines with a bright red internal glow.

When operated, dense white fog flows across the floor and streams from the monster’s open mouth. Swirling white smoke also billows around the beholder’s stand. The STLs are made compatible with any mini fog machine that uses a 4mm outside diameter PVC hose. The maker even provides a free custom nozzle STL for that specific fog machine model, but the primary release is a paid campaign offering the designs.

I think the choice to design the STLs to work with any mini fog machine using a 4mm outside diameter hose is very clever. That design flexibility removes a huge hurdle for users, allowing them to use existing fog equipment without needing specialized attachments.

Since the maker mentions the central eye lights up with internal light, I wonder how the orange-yellow light and the bright red light are housed inside the miniature structures? Does the design account for wiring connections at those specific points?

For the beholder miniature, since it is currently shown with swirling smoke covering its base, it might be interesting to see the maker provide a base option that allows for more subtle lighting effects to complement the existing red eye glow.
