Is it possible to build the following scenario, and if so, can anyonepoint me on the right track?I have a person and I want to place small transceivers in variousplaces on his body. The transceivers would all be able to detecttheir distances from each other using some sort of wirelesstransmission and then send those distances to a small wirelessprocessor attached to the person's hip. The processor would then usethe distance variables to determine the relative positions of eachtransceiver in 3-dimensions.I've tried to research this and I've found a lot of sensors that candetermine distances to a random object in its field of vision. But Iwould like to know the distance between 2 discrete objects that bothmove around. I was thinking maybe I can send a wireless transmissionwith a timestamp and a serial number and then the receiving devicewould record that information along with the current time stamp.Maybe the transmission time could then be used to calculate thedistance?Are there currently transceiving devices that can do this? I am lessconcerned about the processing and mostly concerned about the datacapturing.Thank You.
