robotics showcase redesigned

William Cox and Chris Jorgensen are proud to announce the arrival of the new and much-improved Robot Directory. Originally created in 2001, The Robot Directory has undergone a complete overhaul to allow for fast-access to its database of amateur and professionally made robots. It provides quick access to a large variety of robots for the casual viewer along with a powerful yet simple set of tools for the typical roboticist to display his or her own creations.

For those that have their own robotics website and wish to display robots directly from The Robot Directory, the Robot Viewer is available. With only a single line of code, your site can display a randomly pulled robot straight from The Robot Directory's database.

Don't have a website? Use ours! Each robot may have five pictures of any size uploaded to our server through The Robot Directory's web tools. Visitors can rate robots, buy robot books, and even place their own kit online for purchase. Submitting a robot is easy, requiring only a few pieces of information. To sweeten the deal, prizes are given away to each month's top-rated robot.

So enter your robot, showcase your talents, and help promote robotics on the web!
