I'd have to dig through old magazines to find the older information. Here is what I remember off the top of my head for the last 3.

thanks BOB..... shockie B)
Harry served as President for the first 10 years.
Jim Barrowman's term ran about 2.5 years before NASA and family dragged him away.
My term started in July 1994, at NARAM-36 in Houston, TX.

No disrespect meant to this gentleman, but... great name! Sounds like a character from a bad novel. :)
IIRC he lives in/near Dayton- he still is active. Larry Rice could tell you more: snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.com

Yep! He helped me retrieve my Custom Serval from the only tree standing within 1000 yards of the Neil Armstrong Museum.
With a golf ball retriver!
Hey, if there's a single tree within one square mile of my launcher, I'll land a rocket in it!

A very GOOD novel!
You never heard of "M" ?
Manning Butterworth, International Man of Mystery
???
Manning Butterworth is indeed a respectable gentleman. He was the director of Section Activites, or some similar title, during the early years of Hawkeye Section, and he was helpful. I sat next to him at a NARAM awards banquet (14?) when he recieved the NAR Distinguished Service award. At the time I joked to him that it was the Extinguished Service award, because he was giving up that responsibility, and he agreed. But he went on to become NAR President, so it was just a really bad joke. I took a hiatus from the NAR to focus on earning my Aero. E. degree, so I essentialy missed his presidency.

You didn't miss much. He wasn't much of a president, and phoned in his resignation fro the airport prior to leaving the country for a long assignment. A meeting was put together in Chicago, and Pat Miller became the new president...

I think every one knows issues on which Pat Miller and I are at odds. He removed me from NAR.
But to his side he did make a point to go around to several areas of the country and have local meetings to learn issues. Pat Miller for all his faults was the only President I am aware of with a feedback and control system installed. He needs a software upgrade, but his processors function.

Hey Pat. Don't frame this!
