It is a copy No 004 - technological breadboard, which one was utillized at miscellaneous trials and
and agings.
Now it stands (is disposed) on the site for hot-fire proof-testings (it too will not be utillized any more)

I couldnt' understand a word on that site, it's like they used another language........soooooo it was off to AltaVista......it's not perfect but after I put the URL into the babellizer I had *some* idea of what I was looking at........drop the URL in and do the Russian to English option
