1/48th decals for MiG-28 from Top Gun movie

Hi!

I have spare ESCI F-5E in 1/48th scale I'd like to build as MiG-28. I understand Monogram once issued a model kit of F-5E or maybe F-5F with decals for the movie MiG-28, right? If anybody is willing to part with them or maybe scan them or measure them would be great. Are any other decals for the aircraft in question? I guess the F-5s were painted black with no stencils, wearing only the tail insignia - red star in dark blue circle, right? At least a drawing of that roundel would be just fine for start...

When I built an ARII F-5 (box says 1/144th, looks more like 1/100th) I just used Albanian roundels from one of the old ESCI decal sets to replicate the MiG-28 look.
