I was hearing stories in 2003 about Armybook.com becoming unreliable, and it seems that I concur. In January, I placed a $200 order for books, which never arrived. They even admit that they didn't ship them. Anyone else having trouble?
I ordered a panzer II from them. The order was cancelled by them because it was not shipped after 30 days. I would call that unreliable.
I ordered the Interus Mk V tank kit from them over almost two months ago. Apart from a cheery e-mail saying it was awaiting shipment, nothing so far. On the other hand I ordered some Model Kasten tracks from Great Models the same week, and they haven't arrived either. GPO
