I see the IPMS is cutting corners, desperatly trying to stsy alive despite having one foot into the already flushing toilet or reality!

This moron never quits, does he?
Perhaps he should switch over to obtaining help wth his distinct set of personality disorders. That and trying to increase his observation of personal hygene that is sorely lacking.
Meanwhile, IPMS USA contnues with yet another outstanding natonal conventon and a superb new publication.
