I lived in Capitola back then - the main road out of Santa Cruz towards Aptos/Watsonville had its bridge cut in half, cutting water/phone stuff; along with the downed power towers in the hills....what fun that was! I remember them talking about your area.
sorry about the guys and the cards. we usually just have morons trying to drive across 12 feet deep puddles. no loss if they frown.
