FS williams brothers engine cowl kit

i don't know the scale but the box is labeled R-C radial realism, engine/cowl kit. the blurb reads; radial engine/cowl kit provides instant realism for RC includes

5 highly detailed cylinders streamline cowlings intake tubes exhaust stacks dual ignition leads

i thought it was a motor kit, so i can't use it. i just want the $25 i paid for it and actual shipping. anyone want it before i ebay it?
