From "The Imperial Planter Collection", exclusively distributed by Royal Orleans (says this on the bottom).

Each head measures about 12" high by about 9-10" wide. Made of glazed ceramic. Have never actually been used for plants, so the insides are not dirty, just a little dusty from sitting around.

Each has a hole in the bottom with a plastic plug in it.
