What kind of gun carriage? If you are looking for 19thC. stuff, especially US Army, try various US Civil War sites or the Dixie Gun Works Catalog, which has various mid-19C. carriage plans.

Depends on timeframe. Historex did some very good Napoleonic stuff, especially the French units. I might be able to dig out the drawings that came with my French horse drawn cannon (I sure hope so, it's only half built so far). If scans would help, let me know. If you're into this specific period an 54mm scale, you might even pick up the kits somewhere. Historex may not be the company it once as, but I believe there's still some life left in it.

Actually after British about 1850's, but if anybody has anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated. Have allready scratchbuilt the cannon from a drawing that was published about 7 yrs ago in Model Engineer's Workshop, but NO plans for the limber were ever printed.

The limber is required for a British 9lb Smooth Bore Field Carriage, original drawing approved 19th Feb, 1862. This drawing was published in the MODEL ENGINEER, Vol. 176 No 4016, 3 - 16 May 1996. Thank you for your help with this subect. regards Graham Green
