stencils and cut outs

I want to include a drawing on my painting but its on notebook paper and I don't think I will be able to draw it again on a canvas. Is there anyway to put it on the canvas without it looking messy?

Depends - how messy does it look on notebook paper?

You could also use Saral Transfer paper which I've used to transfer drawings to wood in my workshop. According to the box it will transfer onto almost anything using a stylus, ball point pen, tracing wheel, etc. You should be able to find it in a crafts type store like Michaels or A.C. Moore.

IIRC, dressmakers use a wheel to transfer a design off paper onto fabric for making clothes. It has points on it that stick through the paper and transfer the design. You might check with a fabric store about their availability.

That's called a pounce wheel and after rolling it along the lines, you chalk them and the chalk shows up on the fabric. My grandmother had one and showed me how it worked.

Just one of many normally useless bits of knowledge stuck in my brain.
