Hi Is there a way to make a comestic thread in modeling to a round shaft and also a hole that was cut with just a sketch? Thank You

Yes there is. For the hole, just click on an edge and then Insert-annotations-cosmetic thread and then enter the pertinient information. It's probably similar for the shaft, but I haven't done it myself.
