Solidworks on the Sony Vaio FS-790?

Has anyone used the Vaio FS-790 or a similar Vaio to run SW 2004 or greater. I run 2004 on a Dell Inspiron 8500 and it works great for any assembly under 100 but it's time for a new machine.

Thanks,

Jeff

Don't get anything without the Centrino chip and heaviest nVIDIA graphics card available that is currently used in the Dell M70, if you want max graphics performance.

Will have to look into this in the coming year.

I have since found that Xtreme Notebooks has a Nova 906V that is similar. I bought a notebook from them several years ago and was happy with them. Their website is
