"SolidWorks 3D meeting" No Support??

Hi, im still working with SW2003 sp5 cos we have developed a great PDM-system that does not works in SW 2004-2006.

My questions: Does anyone know if SolidWorks are still supporting "SolidWorks 3D meeting"?? We haven't used until now but it does not seams to be supported by SolidWorks anymore.

You might get a better answer from your VAR (SolidWorks dealer), they can contact SolidWorks directly.

In 7 years, I've never heard of anyone using 3D Meeting.

I have used netMeeting a lot with 2 different customers in the past year, but had more success starting it directly from MSWindows rather than inside swks. to run it type "conf.exe" from the "run" command line.

I think Webex stole their thunder.

The only advanatage I've seen to running it through the Solidworks interface is that the 3d is smoother....like they somehow optimized netmeeting when run from the 3dmeeting add-in.

They still support 3D Meeting, but not SolidWorks 2003.

Just out of curiosity, why does the PDM system not work in 2004-2006 versions?
