Harold Carstens announced he's stepping down as publisher of Railroad Model Craftsman magazine in the october issue. He announced that Henry Carstens is taking over at the position. I'm assuming that's his son. Does anyone know anything about Henry Carstens?
He's still writing monthly editorial column however, so does this really mean there is really going to be any change? Harold is, what? In his eighties? Nothing about him letting go of the actual publishing company, Carstens Publications.
