I see photos of nice, curving sides of a layout... Mine is 2 inch foam over 1/2 inch plywood which, from the side, doesn't look very good... how do a 'wrap' these curved sides to give it a more polished look? Thanks!

Many people will create a fascia from 1/8" hardboard or masonite. One or two 4x8 sheets won't cost very much and will give you quite a bit of linear feet. It's also very flexible. Finally, the dark brown will look OK as is or you can paint to some other color.

There is some nice, flexible plastic molding of various kinds out there available at Menards, Home Depot, etc. Gives a nice finished look without painting.

I saw a layout recently where the guy finished the front edge with strips of vinyl home siding. It sounds weird but it looked pretty good.
I used 4x8 sheet of green chalk board, cut to the depth Iwanted the front edge to be. Some lumber yards will give you free cutting. There is a limite to the number of free cuts
