Can anyone recommend a supplier of material to make new felt seals or a method of rejuvenating old seals ?
The engine in question is a Fowler 1PA with 1 3/8" shaft size. Seals are approx 1/4" thick and of the type that are 'stuffed' into a round slot machined into the engine casting.
Either a source for lengths of suitable material or a supplier of proper seals would be much appreciated, am sure a vintage supplier somewhere must do a range of felt seals ?! (heres hoping!!)
