I've been told that Dapol are moving away from Llangollen and moving to nearby Chirk so they can expand their manufacturing for their new range. What the range is I don't know 100% but it's not 3mm although I believe they were offered a package - maybe it's N...
The layouts in the Model Railway exhibition are up for grabs apparently although I do not know what is happening with the static exhibits.
What does anyone else think? I think the manufacturing expansion is excellent news - maybe a bigger range of models as well - now if they can get the brakes to line up with the wheels on the wagons...
